Riverwood Homes builds some of the most respected new construction in Meridian, including Shelburne South and a string of subdivisions across the city. We have been their exclusive painter for twelve years. That did not happen because we were the cheapest bid. It happened because we showed up on the days we said, finished on the days we said, and never put their superintendent on the phone with a homeowner about a paint problem after closing.
Every Riverwood home goes out with a written warranty backed by Jake personally. That warranty is part of what you hand a buyer. We know it. We treat it like it.
What we bring to a build schedule
A 22 person crew that can run three crews on three rooms in one home, or three homes in one phase, without quality drift between them.
A foreman on every job who reads the plan, knows the punch list, and updates the schedule when something on the GC side moves the date.
Spray and back roll on interior walls and ceilings, brush and roll on trim, the materials and process you would actually spec yourself.
Sherwin Williams as the default. We carry accounts at the local stores and we know the reps. If you want a different brand or a custom color program, say so.
Clean handoffs at framing, drywall, cabinet, and trim stages. We coordinate with your other subs so nobody is waiting on us.
Production painting we handle
Single family new construction, multifamily and townhome production, model home repaints, builder warranty callbacks, and full subdivision packages. Interior spray and back roll, exterior body and trim, garage walls and ceilings, primed and finish coated trim and doors, touch up after flooring and cabinet install. If you have a punch list that has been sitting for a month with another painter, that is a call we take.
We also do trade partner work for general contractors on remodels and additions. If you run a GC operation in the Treasure Valley and need a painter who can step into a sub slot on short notice without slowing the schedule, that is also us.
