Cabinet refinishing in Eagle (the long version)

Most Eagle cabinet jobs we quote are oak or maple kitchens from the early 2000s that the homeowner wants to look factory new without spending $40,000 on a tear out. That is the job we do best. The process is the same every time and we do not skip steps.

The whole job runs one to two weeks depending on door count. We give you a real timeline at the walk through, not a guess.

Walk through and sample. We bring sheen and color samples to your kitchen. You pick. We mark every door and drawer face with painters tape so reinstall is exact.

Remove and label. Doors, drawer fronts, and end panels come off. They go to a horse rack and then to the spray booth.

Sand. Orbital sand the cabinet boxes in the kitchen, hand sand the inside corners, hand sand every door before it goes to the booth.

Spray booth. Off-site for the doors. Primer coat, sand, two finish coats. This is why a refinished door looks factory and a hand-brushed door looks hand-brushed.

Boxes on site. Spray the cabinet boxes in the kitchen with containment in place. Tent the room. Mask the floor and the countertops.

Reinstall. Doors and drawers back on. Brass, matte black, or original hardware reinstalled. If you want new pulls, we install them and drill clean.
