Commercial Painting Contractor in Meridian, Idaho
We paint offices, retail, medical, HOA clubhouses, and small multifamily properties across the Treasure Valley. After-hours and weekend scheduling so we are not painting around your tenants. Licensed, insured, and family-owned out of Meridian with 28+ years of trade experience.
Who We Work With
Commercial property managers, building owners, HOA boards, retail tenants doing a fit-out, and contractors who need a paint sub on a commercial remodel. We are honest about what we handle.
Yes: offices, retail interiors and exteriors, medical and dental, HOA clubhouses and common areas, multifamily up to four-story, light industrial, restaurants, schools and daycare interiors.
No: high-rise (above four stories), heavy industrial coatings beyond standard epoxy floor systems, lead abatement, and asbestos abatement. If you need those we will point you to a trade we trust.
How We Schedule Around Your Business
Most commercial work happens after-hours, weekends, or on a phased schedule that keeps the tenant-facing side of the building open. We have done:
The schedule is yours. We work it.
Office repaints over a Saturday and Sunday so Monday opens with fresh walls
Retail interiors after 10pm closeout, finished before 7am open
Medical clinics phased by wing on a rolling weekend schedule
HOA clubhouses scheduled around scheduled events on the calendar
Multifamily turns timed to lease changeover

Common Questions
Can you work nights and weekends only?
Yes. After-hours premium is built into the bid up front, no surprise add. We tell you what the rate difference is between business-hours work and after-hours work so you can decide.
What is your insurance coverage?
General liability with limits standard for commercial work, workers comp on the full crew. We can name your entity as additional insured on the COI. Limits and carrier on the COI we send before the job starts.
Do you handle property turns for multifamily?
Yes, up to four-story. We can paint a unit in a day and have it ready for the next lease. Multi-unit turns scheduled in batches keep the per-unit price down.
What about HOA common areas with multiple stakeholders?
We have done it. We will meet with the board, walk the property, and give you a bid that the board can approve at one meeting instead of revisiting. Photos and color samples brought to the meeting if you want them.
Do you do line striping on warehouse or parking lot floors?
Interior warehouse line striping yes (acrylic or epoxy striping over a coated or sealed floor). Parking lot striping we do not do; we will refer you to a trade that specializes in it.
Will you sign an NDA for sensitive sites?
Yes. Medical, financial, and government work routinely require it, and we sign and follow them. Provide it before the walk-through and we will review and return.
