1. Who these Terms apply to

These Terms apply to everyone who accesses the Site, whether you submit a contact form, call the phone number listed, or simply browse. If you become a customer, the work we do for you is governed by a separate written service agreement, not by these Terms.

2. The Site is informational

The content on this Site, including service descriptions, project photos, gallery images, testimonials, and pricing references, is provided for general information about All Shades of Painting and the services we offer. The content on this Site is not a binding offer, a binding price, or a binding scope of work. A binding quote is only the written estimate we provide to you after a walk through of your project.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site current and accurate. We do not warrant that every detail on the Site is up to date at any given moment.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, layout, and the underlying code, is owned by All Shades of Painting Inc. or used by us with permission. The “All Shades of Painting” name and logo are trademarks of All Shades of Painting Inc. The Riverwood Homes name and logo, where they appear, are the property of Riverwood Homes and are used with permission.

You may view, share, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, sell, or distribute any content from the Site for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

4. Photo and testimonial usage

Project photos and customer testimonials on the Site are real work and real customers. Photos are taken by our crew or by photographers we engage, and they appear with the property owner’s consent where consent is required. If you are the property owner of a project that appears on the Site and you would like the photo removed, contact us at the phone number or address below and we will remove it.

5. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site to:

We reserve the right to block any user whose use of the Site violates these Terms or applicable law.

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems.

Interfere with the operation of the Site (such as denial of service attempts or automated scraping that violates our robots directives).

Use the Site or any content on the Site to harass, defame, or threaten any person.

6. Third party links

The Site may link to third party websites (such as Riverwood Homes’ website, paint manufacturer sites, or review platforms like Angi and HomeAdvisor). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third party site. Linking from the Site to a third party site does not imply endorsement of that site by us.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free. We do not warrant that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current at any given moment.

Our warranty on painting services we actually perform for you is separate from these Terms and is described in your service agreement and on the Warranty page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Shades of Painting Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If, despite the foregoing, we are found liable for any claim arising out of your use of the Site, our total liability will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.

This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
